Cielo is News Corp's new channel for the Italian free to air market. We created a new brand,
logotype and on and off screen identity. We also produced key items for the publicity and PR
event as well as images for the launch advertising campaign.

Deutsche Welle (DW) broadcast German content around the world. They have many critically
acclaimed programmes which are broadcast in English and German to audiences worldwide.

Briefed to ‘make history personal’, we used ‘shadows’ to connect past and present, reminding
the channel’s audiences of the many ways that our past has shaped our present – and our
futures. Idents for both channels were produced using a combination of live action and CGI
animation. On-screen information graphics were adapted from an existing package produced
for use internationally.

BBC Entertainment serves an eclectic audience of entertainment lovers throughout Latin
America, SE Asia, India, Poland and Africa. The channel’s contemporary, vibrant and
sophisticated values had to be communicated in a way that was neither culturally nor
geographically specific. Water fountains were animated to distinguish the principal genres of
Drama, Comedy and Light Entertainment.

With an impressive 140-year history, heritage is an integral part of the Press Association’s
identity. However, the digital revolution has transformed the day-to-day business of this once
traditional news agency. What was once a single organization had become fragmented. We
have used bold colour, intelligent layout and an eye-catching interpretation of ‘digital
transmission’ to modernise a brand that is now unified across all areas of its business.

We were appointed by the Swiss public service broadcaster Schweizer Fernsehen (SF) to
redesign their corporate identity. We simplified the existing, complex palette of corporate
colours and created a new logo, using red as the national colour of Switzerland. SF 1 is SF’s
flagship channel. We created a range of idents for the channel based on the idea of ‘coming
together as one’. The sequences were all shot on location in Switzerland.

BT Vision’s unique visual identity ‘liberates’ the colours of BT’s corporate identity to express
the variety and dynamism of the Microsoft-based IPTV service. We worked closely with BT’s in-
house team and external agencies to develop the identity across a wide range of media, from
the look and feel of the service to its online and consumer advertising.

A celebration of iconic London landmark BT Tower, including complementary literature, visitor
certificates and interiors. This complementary information pack for visitors to BT Tower is
aimed primarily at business-to-business customers and maximises the potential of one of BT’s
key assets. It highlights the tower’s role as an international telecommunications hub and iconic
presence on the London skyline – a giant at the heart of London.

UKTV Style Gardens was the UK’s first channel devoted exclusively to inspiring the armchair
gardener.The tenth channel in the UKTV digital network was intended to inspire beginners and
experts alike. In place of plants and flowers, landscapes are created from garden implements
such as rakes, trowels and water hoses.

Sérieclub loves series. From thrillers to romances to crime to sci-fi, the channel takes the
viewer on a journey through an entire catalogue of series. On-air branding features imaginary
characters and their stories, representing the various genres available on the channel. The
‘journey’ theme continues into the channel continuity package, online and printed literature.
